This class focuses on using single family homes as the property type, but much of the material could be applied to multi-family or commercial property as well. Class is designed to give you tools to immediately use to identify and reduce the risks in your property management business. Course will introduce the risk reduction theory and how it applies to three specific cate-gories: Property owners, tenants and vendors/contractors.

Program will cover:

 Risk theory

 Reducing property owners’ risks

 Reducing tenants’ risks

 Reducing vendor and contractors’ risks
